Troops adjust home with post traumatic stress disorder

Troops come home from war and discuss their Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

There are about five million U.S. troops who suffer from post traumatic stress disorder. Those who have served in Iraq and Afghanistan have also returned home with this disorder. This disorder often involves re-experiencing aspects of life in war zones.

Veterans and experts in the Boston area are working to help other troops alleviate the symptoms of their Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This can be done either through yoga, psychological counseling, or even as one soldier mentioned, by beating a log with a baseball bat.
