A recent Guttmacher study found that by the age of 18, on average, six in ten teens have had sexual intercourse. Additionally, the United States has one of the highest teen pregnancy rates in the developed world.

Some critics attribute this alarming development to the failing public school system to provide proper education. However, one sexologist said the best sexual education starts at home and is complemented by school.

This video highlights the work of Terri Aronowitz, an educator determined to revamp the way Americans communicate about sex.
